More of a serious post today. Just wanted to give a little bit of my background regarding IBD, and why this is causing me to run 13.1 miles for the CCFA’s Team Challenge in Las Vegas this November.

This is my cause that I choose to support. Many people suffer from these life altering and threatening diseases (Crohn’s Disease & Ulcerative Colitis) for which there is no cure. I’ve been able to make a lot of lemonade out of these lemons, watch the video for more info.
